Dr. Wallach has done a great job and he has perfectly understood what I was looking for my breast implant. First of all he wanted to know in detail what I was thinking about a new breast (how many sizes I wanted to augment, the shape that I was imaging, the feeling...), and then he expressed his professional opinion, giving me some recommendations about what he would have done to satisfy my request. I had a small B and I was thinking to reach a full C, in a very natural shape. He suggested me to put 300cc, silicone high profile implant that probably would have given me a size D. He thought that a size D would have been more appropriate compared with my requests. He also explained me that part of the implant would be placed under the muscle and part over the muscle, to give me a very natural shape. I trusted him, and now I have a D size with a very natural shape: nobody thinks that I have a breast implant. What I truly enjoyed about Dr. Wallach is his capability to listen to me and to apply then his professional experience compare with my requests. He is a great surgeon, and I am 100% satisfied about his job."
